What do we offer?

We offer psychotherapy, counselling and coaching to adult (18+) residents in Oxfordshire mainly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Psychotherapy

The long-term intention of psychotherapy aims to heal the past so that you can live more fully in the present and so enjoy a more meaningful life. Psychotherapy may help you explore how your past pain impacts your well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Counselling

Counselling aims for you to resolve current issues that affect your life. If you are experiencing stress or difficulty coping in your current circumstances then counselling may support you in examining your situation and gaining insight to explore the options available to you, and make your own choices.

Coaching

For some, coaching is a courageous conversation, a sounding board, and an opportunity to think aloud. Coaching can be beneficial if you are looking ahead and would like recognise and realise your potential. You may have a specific goal you would like to reach, and coaching can support you in the process of creating action.
